"DAM SOLID. FULL STOP. Food hits hard — fragrant Yemeni rice, juicy tender meat, bold flavours, crazy generous portions. Every bite got that authentic Middle Eastern feel. This is not average Arab food, this is the real deal. Service also on point. Mohammad Qahtan took care of us and honestly, top-tier service — friendly, sharp, and makes you feel welcome from start to finish. Big respect Overall experience? Power. Food + service + vibe all aligned. No regrets, no complaints. Confirm come back again. Highly recommended"
"An authentic Yemen food selling over here!! Their food variety is average - Arabian food, western food, side dishes, desserts and etc. Surprisingly the food are delicious, not overly salty and spicy. The food portions are big, it is good for sharing. The prices are also reasonable!! Friendly staff, unique decoration, worth for visit! #Maqlouba chicken #Beef sanoonah #Chicken sharwarma cheese"
"Promising new establishment serving yemeni food. We decided to try out the food after reading a few reviews. Food did not disappoint…the kebabs were delicious, fattoush salad was ok, and the malawah bread was the best. Their Arabic mint tea was perfect to end the dinner. Some suggested improvements…bread should be served along with the main course. It got a bit cold by the time the platter arrived. The shish tawook was a bit burnt at the edges. But overall a good experience. The staff was friendly, courteous, and the food is worth a second visit (for the mandi and rice dishes)"
"Had a great experience at Yemen Restaurant! Arrived at 3 PM and ordered three dishes, which were served within 15 minutes. The portions were generous—especially the small lamb mandi, which easily fed four people. The lamb was tender and flavorful, and the chicken kebab was just as good. Enjoyed the Barbican as well. The staff was very accommodating and kind, making the dining experience even better. The total bill came to about RM80, which was well worth it. Will definitely visit again!"
"Perhaps my first time eating Yemeni food. Have never been to Yemen, so have no idea as to the authenticity of taste. However, overall, the food is tasty, even though the dishes are technically heavy, it did t feel very oily and heavy like some south Indian food might. The lamb I had was moist and soft,. Cooked in garlic and spices in foil. The mint tomato coriander sauce added some heat, but not much. They claim the fruit drinks are freshly made. I have no reason to doubt them. The kunefe is quite nice, but they didn't offer any clean plates for it, so it wasn't the most pleasant to eat from plates with lamb and beef. I would not say the food is cheap, but it is quite reasonable for what they offer."
"The food was okay noted bad however the aftermath of eating the kebab was tiring a lot of vomiting so the food I’m not sure overall if something to place There are people who eat and the restaurant is not so packed, but it’s just about few families at the time of lunch when we went so I’m not sure if it was just my luck it made me regret eating"
"They have a machine making kunafa outside and is quite eye catching. Hence I order a maqlouba lamb Rm28, a kunafa Rm10 and a coke zero (one of the rare restaurant that has coke zero). Service staff is very polite and always smiling. But the lamb is really good, almost melt in your mouth. Highly recommended."
"Loving this place, the food and the staff This is our second visit here"
